Dividing time between Armadale & Creightons Creek, Neil May Garden Design is recognised for crafting designs which respond to a site’s architecture, it’s surroundings and the personality of its people.

Using natural materials and a diverse planting palette drawing heavily on Australian native and Mediterranean species, his designs create a layered mix of colour, texture and form which reflect the unique conditions of the site.  

After working across various roles in his corporate career, Neil pursued his passion - building upon his experience of plants and design by completing a Graduate Certificate in Garden Design from the University of Melbourne’s Burnley campus.

Neil brings creative vision and a sharp eye for design in the considered spaces he creates. A clear communicator, he also brings strong organisational skills and years’ experience managing projects on time and within budget. 

Neil looks forward to working with clients to help unlock the potential of their outdoor living spaces - designing beautiful and functional gardens to connect, relax and play.
